1. Service overview
Swap3D provides browser-based and API-accessible 3D model conversion tools. Some features are available on a free plan, while higher-usage limits, API access, or subscription-backed services may require a paid plan.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, and API keys. You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, reverse engineer restricted systems, or upload content that you do not have the right to process.
3. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe unless otherwise stated. Pricing and plan limits displayed on the pricing page are part of these terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless local law requires otherwise.
4. Intellectual property and content responsibility
You retain ownership of the files and materials you upload. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to process that content using Swap3D. We do not obtain ownership of your files solely because you use the service.
5. Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact conversion results for every source file, or compatibility with all third-party formats and workflows.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swap3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, conversion errors, or business interruption.
